Qualifications
. Knowledge of and working in a large and complex global organisation
. 5 years experience of corporate governance principles , including driving high quality governance standards
. 4 years working in a corporate governance function
.Experience working in Banking a plus
. Ability to work with executive and non-executive directors and boards
. You must be a qualified Company Secretary or other relevant professional qualifications
